Description
A Willow Warbler up on the highest branch in full song setting up its territory.Willow Warblers are one of the first migrants to return from Africa .They are often mistaken with Chiffchaffs which are similar in size and colour.
It can be found in wooded and partial woodland habitats which both Birch and Willow scrubland favoured. Its song starts off high and fades out as if the bird is running out of breath.
I spend many a hour attempting to identify a target species with emphasis on the birds condition.I am based in the Northwest of the United Kingdom. Please take the time to look through my online galleries on paul-scoullar.artistwebsites.com.Thanks for stopping by.
